The new and improved gold standard in touch foil technology, Pro Touch X foils offer the highest quality and most sophisticated through-glass experience possible. With 8 times the amount of sensors in a standard touch foil, the Pro Touch X gives you pinpoint accuracy, minimal parallax, and significantly lower noise disruption from displays.
The Pro Touch 20X is a lightweight, through-glass touch foil technology that applies to windows, glass surfaces, acrylic, and other non-metallic materials. With no external wires or devices, the touch foil components are situated safely behind the viewing surface while you enjoy up to 20 points of simultaneous contact. Our touch foil technology continues to work despite any water or other liquids contacting the viewing surface, and can function normally on horizontally curved surfaces. Interactivity is constant even with a gloved hand, and is not affected by external light conditions.
We provide a wide range of touch foil sizes, with standard sizes ranging from 30” – 100” 16:9 standard. Custom sizes and options are available. Pro Touch 20X Films work with all existing multimedia applications, including Macromedia, PowerPoint, Flash, websites, and more!
Simple set-up: the USB touch foil is installed directly onto the viewing surface with the rear-projection film, LCD, or LED displays placed behind the Pro Touch 20X foil.

What is Multi-Touch?
When using a PROFoil, its responsiveness is the critical factor to consider for the end-user experience. In order to give customers a simplified way of measuring responsiveness, touch foils of all types are judge by two main aspects: the number of touch points and the resolution.
A “touch point” is simply any time a user is interacting with the screen. For every touch point that a foil can handle, another source of input can be tracked simultaneously. For instance, if a foil was labeled as “10-point,” that would mean that up to 10 inputs (i.e. fingers) can be used on the screen at once.
The “resolution of a foil is an indicator of how accurately it can track touch input. This accuracy is determined by how many sensors are present in the foil. For instance, a standard 2-point PROFoil has slightly more than 2,000 input sensors and provides a resolution of “2K.” A 10-point PROFoil, however, has over 4,000 input sensors and provides a resolution of “4K”. This allows a 10-point foil to track touch input twice as accurately as a 2-point foil.
*Note: Wider foils do not have more input sensors than smaller foils. The wider the foil you are planning to order, the higher the touch resolution we recommend.
A 2-point PROFoil gives great responsiveness for projects that are on a smaller scale. If you plan to only have one or two people using the screen at once, then a 2-point PROFoil will give you all the coverage you need at a lower price point. Each 2-point PROFoil contains 2,048 individual touch sensors.
With a 2-point PROFoil, you will be able to easily use the drag, drop, zoom, or even right-click gestures just as you would on a standard mobile device. This type of foil is perfect for projects that do not require a large amount of input, such as a “point-and-tap” kiosk. It is also well suited for displays that are used in a presentation setting.
10-Point, 20-Point, & 40-Point (Multi-Touch)
If your project is meant to accommodate multiple user interaction, then our Multi-Touch PROFoils are what you need. By upgrading to a multi-touch format, these foils have twice the resolution as a 2-point, dual-touch foil. The number associated with each foil represents how many points of touch (i.e. fingers) can interact with the surface at the same time.
Having a 10, 20, or 40-point multi-touch PROFoil gives you access to the same gestures as a 2-point foil, but with twice the accuracy and up to 20 times the amount of possible users. This type of foil is typically used in situations that have a consistent level of traffic. Trade show presentations, office conference rooms, and lobby displays benefit greatly from what a standard multi-touch foil can provide.
Pro Touch X: The New Gold Standard
Recently released, our Pro Touch X foils take touch accuracy to the next level. With over 8,000 individual sensors, Pro Touch X doubles the resolution of a standard multi-touch foil and quadruples that of a dual-touch. For larger projects that need precise tracking, Pro Touch X delivers.
Projects that are on an above-average scale will benefit immensely from a Pro Touch X foil. Having the highest level of precision tracking available, Pro Touch X will turn any project into a user’s ideal device. With a Pro Touch 40X allowing 40 users to simultaneously drag, drop, zoom, and right-click with extreme precision and efficiency.
A 2 Point touch foil gives great responsiveness for projects that are on a smaller scale. If you plan to only have one or two people using the screen at once, then a 2 Point touch foil will give you all the coverage you need at a lower price point. Each 2 Point touch foil comes with roughly 2,000 individual sensors. With a 2 Point Foil, you will be able to easily use the drag, drop, zoom, or even right click gestures just as you would on a standard consumer device. This type of foil is perfect for projects that do not require a large amount of input, such as a “point-and-tap” kiosk. It is also well suited for displays that are used in a presentation style.
If your project is meant to accommodate multiple user interaction, then a 10 Point touch foil may be what you need. By upgrading to a multi-touch format, a 10 Point touch foil has twice the resolution of a 2 Point foil. This allows all 10 points of interaction to be accurately tracked, and allows for a great user experience. Having a 10 Point multi-touch foil gives you access the the same gestures as a 2 Point foil, but with 2 times the accuracy and 5 times the amount of users. This type of foil is typically used in situations that have a consistent level of traffic. Trade show presentations, office conference rooms, and lobby displays benefit greatly from what a 10 Point foil can provide.
For projects that need even more interactivity, the 20 Point touch foil can deliver. The 20 Point touch foil functions identically to the 10 Point foil, but provides double the number of touch points. With a little over 4,000 individual sensors, this foil is perfect for projects where the 10 Point foil does not make the cut. Large trades show presentations, corporate conference rooms, and busy lobby displays are the perfect place to use a 20 Point foil. Having 20 points of touch also allows up to 10 users to simultaneously drag, drop, zoom, or right click as needed.
The 40 Point touch foil is the largest standard foil we have available, and provides the best performance for large-scale or demanding projects. With over 4,000 individual sensors and the ability to have 40 simultaneous points of input, the 40 Point foil allows for accurate tracking over wide display distances. This type of foil is typically used on video walls, high-traffic displays, and interactive presentations. If your project is meant to be consistently in use over a very wide surface area, a 40 Point foil is a perfect fit. With 40 points of touch, your display will give up to 20 users the ability to drag, drop, zoom, or right click independently and at the same time.
Recently released, the 20X Foil takes touch accuracy to the next level. With over 8,000 individual sensors, the 20X Foil has double the resolution of a standard 20 Point Foil. For larger projects that need precise tracking, the 20X Foil is able to deliver. Projects that are on an above-average scale with benefit immensely from a 20X foil. By providing 2 times the amount of individual sensors as a normal 20 Point foil, users will be able to drag, drop, zoom, and right click with even greater precision.
The 40X Foil is the most comprehensive offering we have available. By coming with over 8,000 individual sensors and the capacity for 40 points of simultaneous use, the 40X Foil is the premiere touch foil solution for even the most demanding interactive projects. Having the highest level of precision tracking available, a 40X foil will turn any project into a user’s ideal device. Up to 20 users will be able to simultaneously drag, drop, zoom, and right click with a level of accuracy they would expect from a consumer tablet.
