Touch Foil technology has transformed the street-level marketing space. It meets today’s consumers where they are and how they understand. Touch Foils give the customer/consumer the ability to control a “larger than life” interactive experience at street-level where they can not only experience it themselves but have others watch and learn along with them.
Multitouch foils have a micro-wire grid pattern in between layers of film. When applied to a non-conductive surface, the foil will pick up touch input through that surface. Typical applications are a storefront window or a piece of acrylic for display. This gives you the ability to create street-level, interactive retail window displays.
Leave a lasting impression on consumers with a memorable, interactive and engaging experience that can be in-store or even on the storefront itself.
Rear Projection Film makes amazing, one of a kind video displays on glass or acrylic. Integrating a touch foil will provide a thru-glass touch screen experience, right on your existing glass.
Rear Projection Films are a perfect fit for Touch Foil applications. The Rear Projection Films are applied directly to the rear side of the touch foil you have applied to your surface.
The Touch Foil will not degrade the image quality of the Rear Projection Film and the transparency is so clear that most people never know it’s there. The image to your right is showing the ABC11 Interactive Storefront in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina

In the image to your left you will see how the Disney Imagineers used ProFoils to create a touch wall that engaged visitors during their time in line. This wall in Epcot, Orlando Florida had touch foils map touch points to the light panels to offer an engaging experience without digital displays.
Touch tables using Mutitouch Foils are able to provide a seamless, glass top surface with no need for touch frame bezels around the edges. This makes the surface spill proof and offers a sleeker, more “custom” look. This is often a better solution for touch tables than using a Touch Frame.

Touch Foil technology is amazing in that all of the components are installed safely behind the glass, acrylic, or other surface while allowing people to engage the screen through the surface by touching the surface itself from the other side. Touch Foil is approximately the thickness of a piece of cardstock paper, and although it is commonly referred to as touch foil, it is more appropriately called a touch film as it closely resembles a film rather than a foil.
An Interactive Touch Foil is almost completely transparent in color and can be installed with a holographic rear-projection film for use as a holographic touch screen on glass. Touch Foil technology is connected to the computer with a standard USB cable. Once you have installed the touch screen film on the glass or plexiglass, simply connect the board of the Touch Foil to the computer with the supplied cable.Learn More
